Job Summary
Blue Mountain Hospital is looking for a committed Dialysis Unit Manager to lead the Dialysis and Peritoneal Services Units. Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), this role is ideal for an experienced healthcare professional with dialysis expertise, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering top-tier patient care. The Dialysis Unit Manager will guide a skilled team of nurses and technicians, ensuring seamless daily operations and compliance with regulatory standards. We welcome qualified candidates and are willing to provide on-the-job training.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor staff in the Dialysis Unit to foster a collaborative and high-perfomance culture.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring patient safety, compliance, and resource efficiency.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and RN licensure in Utah.
- Preferred one year of management experience in a healthcare setting.
- Preferred completion of a hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis training program.
- Minimum two years of acute care experience; dialysis experience preferred.
- Current BCLS certification
