Casey McCullough, MD

About Casey

Dr. Casey McCullough is a native of Panguitch, Utah. He attended Southern Utah University in Cedar City, Utah, for his undergraduate degree, then went on to earn his Medical Degree at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. He completed his residency at Texas A&M University, in College Station, Texas.

He is trained in full scope Family Medicine, which includes Obstetrics as well as Emergency and Inpatient Medicine. Dr. McCullough joined the staff at Blue Mountain Hospital in 2013, following his residency. He is currently serving a term as the Medical Director for Blue Mountain Hospital. His outpatient practice is with Utah Navajo Health Systems, Inc., where he sees patients primarily at Blanding Family Practice Community Health Center.

When not working, Dr McCullough enjoys spending time with his wife Lacie and their five children. Their favorite activities include experiencing the arts, snowboarding, boating, rock climbing, hiking, camping, and hanging out with the goats, ducks and alpacas on their backyard hobby farm.
