Robert Lyman, PA-C

About Robert

Robert Lyman, PA-C, grew up in Taylorsville, Utah. He attended Utah Valley University and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science in 2016. Always fond of science as a kid, Robert was particularly interested in medicine. He joined the Blue Mountain Hospital Surgical Team in 2019, after graduating from Drexel University, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He didn’t know what he wanted to do as a PA-C at first, but he decided to follow his Uncle, Dr. Matthew Lyman, DO, into the surgical arena.

Robert served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in New Jersey, then served in the Air Force National Guard as a Medic for 6 years. Robert’s ties to Blanding, Utah are through his grandparents on his mother’s side, Nancy and Bud Martineau, and his great grandparents on his father’s side, Lynn and Hazel Lyman.

Robert and his wife, Mallory, have three children. In his spare time he enjoys hiking, exercising and spending time with his family.
