Terry Cook, DPM

About Terry

Dr. Cook graduated from San Juan High School in Blanding in 1983. He then attended multiple undergraduate schools in Utah before finishing up his degree at Brigham Young University. After marrying Jacque Vreeken in 1990, they moved to San Francisco for podiatry school and his residency in Los Angeles. Dr. Cook moved his family back to Blanding in 1997 and subsequently moved onto Cortez, Colorado in 2001, but continues to practice podiatry in both Utah and Colorado. Dr. Cook has two children. He enjoys spending time with his family hunting, fly-fishing, and anything in the outdoors.
